webkit loads /favicon.ico even <link rel=icon> exists

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a web page contains <link rel=icon> and the site has /favicon.ico

Actual Results:  
It loads /favicon.ico

Expected Results:  
It loads the icon specified in <link rel=icon>
