Well that is a valid reason only if you draft your emails and send them when 
you have connections

Why not use the "Report Bug" feature which launche the web interface in a 
wizard mode which you can quickly fill up and send the reports...

Yes and it is already fixed. See

However, since the fix is in kdelibs (KIO::AccessManager) you have to either 
wait until 4.3.2 comes out or checkout and compile kdelibs from the 4.3 
branch...

Well, thanks... Glad it is of use to others though I am purely doing it for my 
own selfish reasons, namely I use it as my default browsing engine. ;)
