Nope, this point do not look sane to me. Since it's not something of kdelibs, 
I don't think we should put it into the global include dir. IMHO 
${INCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR}/kwebkitpart would be okay.

Please go ahead with these changes. But keep in mind that Monday would be a 
good choice for this change; there are some small parts of trunk which need to 
be ported to these changes.
