[WikiToLearn Editors] Relase nginx + hhvm

Hi folks!
I have worked on the setup of nginx and hhvm.
This is to improve performance and prepare WTL for big scale, also to use
the same PHP engine used inside Wikipedia to avoid issues about code
compatibility.
This upgrade is quite important but i'm not yet confident for the rollout,
can all we work on this to check everything to go online with this new
stuff?

The idea is check all used funcions inside WTL on the staging domain and
all new code.
