I like this idea, but I've got one question:
What do you mean with a "badge"? If a teacher upload his own note,
these would be modifiable, but the author (whom name could be on the
topic) might want to be shure no one makes mistakes on his notes. So,
could the badge be a "author checked badge"? Or you mean something
else?
