<brainstorming>

I think we can just create a section "collaborative courses" and
"teachers' notes", forgetting the distinction between imported courses
and courses written directly on wiki. The difference is that
teachers'notes (imported or written on wiki) are more reliable and for
this reason less dynamic, more static. I don't think we really need
the distinction between imported and not imported courses since also
the imported ones are susceptible of changes and once on wiki nothing
differentiates them from not imported books. Maybe we can even call
the section "most reliable courses" or "reviewed courses" and put
there also the collaborative courses which have been completed and
reviewed by a professor or something like this.

I think that we can also add a section in the template with "related
PDF books" which collects the already built wiki books related to the
courses.
So :
-Collaborative courses
-Most reliable courses -> authors' ones are marked with a badge
-related PDF books
-External references (which contains also the bibliography)
I talked with Riccardo about the possibility of having a "graph-kind
index" in the future. Maybe disambiguation pages are a possibility for
their position.

One note: We decided to trash the name "courses" and use "topic"
instead (in italian ARGOMENTI e non CORSI). Please let us try to use
the right words, especially in the name of the sections (@ruphy you
insisted on the distinction please change the name in the template).
