Can reproduce on the actual SDDM login screen. But in test mode (`sddm-greeter
--test-mode --theme ~/kde/usr/share/sddm/themes/breeze/`), I see the keyboard
layout chooser! So there seems to be a problem with displaying it on the real
greeter when run with SDDM's user; perhaps it's a permissions issue where the
data it needs to grab is in the user's home directory so the greeter's user
doesn't see it.
