Hi, 
1. I hereby confirm that the words "enabled: visible" are no longer present in
the
/usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.breeze.desktop/contents/lockscreen/LockScreenUi.qml
file on a fresh 22.04.01 Kubuntu installation
2. I still have this issue, but as noted in my original bug request
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460196), the issue only arises when I
connect my laptop to an external monitor - without the external monitor it
works fine. The problem is I work with an external monitor 95% of the time.
