Hi,
thank you!
For the font, I can probably do it but regarding "cutout method" and
"monogram", I have no idea what it means and how to do it :/. For the
image, it was done by Krita artists (
https://krita-artists.org/t/new-certificate-background-for-season-of-kde/39623),
I just added the KDE logo in the bottom.
