We generally propose ideas through Phabricator, people comment and then they get executed. Commenting in other people’s ideas is also really good. There are many ways to help beyond Phabricator. You can also report visual bugs that need fixing.
Start with Telegram and we can go from there.

So if I have an idea about a particular task, do I just go to the discussion and post my ideas/designs? And then at what point do we switch over to the Mockup toolkit?
