New subscriber - not sure how to help

Hey everyone,

I'm a new subscriber to this mailing list, and I'm a little bit
overwhelmed. Sorry if this question isn't great, but I joined the
Phabricator workboard, and I was wondering how these tasks get executed. So
if I have an idea about a particular task, do I just go to the discussion
and post my ideas/designs? And then at what point do we switch over to the
Mockup toolkit?

I have a little experience in computer science and design, and I've always
had some ideas for how computing UIs can be improved. You can see some of
