SUMMARY

When using Overview mode (on Wayland atleast) it doesn't show any programs
until being selected with the mouse, it also doesn't seem to show workspaces
(desktops)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Activate overview in desktop effects
2. Use overview mode


OBSERVED RESULT: Not showing apps. 


EXPECTED RESULT: Show apps


OS: Arch Linux 

Wayland version of KDE

KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
