SUMMARY
I see the scrollbar on the right side on my timeline (2px thick gray line) but
I cannot click and drag it. Regular scrolling with mousewheel or arrow keys
works normally. The same behavior can be ovserved with the scrollbar on the
Notifications, Explore, Local, Global and Favorites tab. Notably, the Following
tab has a thicker scrollbar that can be clicked and dragged as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Tokodon
2. Go to home tab
3. Click and drag the scrollbar on the right

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens (no scrolling, the bar doesn't highlight or change color etc.)

EXPECTED RESULT
The bar can be dragged up and down to scroll the page.
