SUMMARY
In Wayland only there is massive display lag moving windows around. This is
true on a single or multiple monitors.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install all available updates after 10/07/24
2. Log in using Wayland (no issues in x11)
3. Move windows around the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Very noticeable lag moving windows to to point they tear in pieces and jump
around

EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth, buttery motion
