STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. scan Home with Filelight
2. hover over a folder
3. alt+tab to another app while the tooltip is visible

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the tooltip remains on the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
the tooltip should only be visible while Filelight is focused
