[drkonqi] [Bug 366792] trying to report a crash, drkonqi needs to install debug packages, which takes too long, cancel causes the crash

After applying today's update of Tumbleweed's Unstable KDE packages (kmail
package version reported as 16.11.60git.20160816T021536~cb4e447-978.1), the
problem in kmail did not occur anymore. So drkonqi did not start. The problem
is not reproducible anymore.
