Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Choose a dark colored theme which uses a light colored text.
2) Open Chrome.
3) Observe the bookmarks that are unreadable in Chrome >>

Actual Results:  
Text in bookmarks were unreadable as they are a light colored font on a light
colored background.

Expected Results:  
KDE should draw the font in the color requested by Chrome ~ black.
