HP Touchpad issues in Umbrello

In the meantime, I have discovered that my touchpad only sends wheel 
events if I am touching the UPPER left corner of the touchpad and drag 
with my other hand. If my left hand is touching the LOWER left corner, 
Umbrello doesn't receive the mouse wheel event (which is what causes the 
zooming in the first place).

I think Umbrello is getting a lot more "love" from developers recently. 
There is supposed to be a new release today, I think?
