Would such a flow chart be drawable by a currently present diagram type ?

If yes, it looks that most of the required stuff would already be there.
It needs some glue to select the related method, to parse the related
diagram and to generate code from it. Feel free to add a feature request
for it or even better add an implementation.

If not, a new diagram type would also be required but keep in mind that
umbrello is an UML Case tool not a generic flow chart application. In
that case it may be better to add stuff for importing exports of some
generic flow charter application and to generate code from that import.
