[umbrello] Troubleshoot installation on Ubuntu 12.04

According to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde4libs the KDE 
developer libs are at kdelibs5-dev package. But when Umbrello sources 
were being built, package kdelibs5-dev already had been installed.
Do you know any reasons why cmake didn't find FindKDE4Internal.cmake at 
/usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake location?
