[Uml-user] How do you define a constructor operation for a class?

How do you define a constructor operation for a class?

there are check buttons Abstract, static, const
there are radio buttons Public Protected, Private ,and Implementation

stereotype name ??? I still don't understand this one

I what to define a constructor operation.  how do I do that?
