[Uml-user] Compiling Umbrello 1.3.2

I have a binary available on my homepage:

To compile it, following the following instructions:

One added note, you'll need to set the environment variable PERL to your
Perl binary:
Tcsh: setenv PERL `which perl`
Bash: export Perl=`which perl`

Without this, the compiled failed.
As the Makefiles use $(PERL) to invoke perl, but don't stop if it doesn't
run, you just end up with come empty CPP files (which are created with
Perl), and the compile fails.
