[Uml-user] I can't see the icons umbrello (last version) + Kde 3.1 + Suse 7.1 Proffesional

Dear All:

        I've dowloaded rpm packages for upgrade KDE
3.1 in my lynux suse 7.1 professional, it works great!

        Also I've dowloaded and rebuilded the source
package for umbrello, and installed by yast.., but
when I try to run the application:

1.- I can't see the icons of the rigth, and my shell
terminal show me this menssage

2.- I read the FAQ, but I can't find the KDEDIRS
variable, only see this information, by using set

3.- When I've tryed to set the variable $KDEDIRS , the
result is nothing... same problem

What's the wrong?, I must create KDEDIRS variable? or
KDE 3.1 for Suse upgrate Linux has other varibale for
this?
