[Uml-user] Missing menu items and tool bar

Well, it seems the data like icons and code generation libaries were not
installed correctly. Please take a look at Umbrello's homepage. There you
will find a FAQ and I think some install notes. I think you have to add a
--prefix=... parameter to configure.
