Chances are that means your Qt headers arn't installed!

If you know your C/C++ you'll know that to compile stuff you need header
files.

There should be a package called qt-dev or qt-devel or something like that
which you'll need to install to be able to compile stuff.  Also
kdelibs-dev will be needed.

Get back to us if that doesn't help.
