[Uml-user] Problem compiling UML

Hello,
Im having a problem compiling UML, im runing Red Hat
7.3 with qt-3.0.3, and uml-1.1 UML version.
The problem:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.2)
(headers and libraries) not found. Please check your
installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end
of config.log.
