Hello Morten,
Try checking your QTDIR environment variable -- it should point to your qt2 
dir, probably /usr/lib/qt2 or /usr/lib/qt2.3.0 or something like that. While 
you are at it, you should check your KDEDIR env var as well, it should point 
(on RedHat) to /usr, I believe.
