[Uml-user] Compilation and qt error

I get this on a RH 7.1 machine when I do a ./confugure
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.2) (headers and 
libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
[root at mortix uml-1.0.2]# rpm -qa|grep qt
qt-2.3.0-3
qt-devel-2.3.0-3
[root at mortix uml-1.0.2]#

ok - I've got both qt and qt-devel installed, and it still can't find it?
Anyone?
