some other problems with the attribute dialog:
 If I close and reopen the new attribute dialog it doesn't display the name of the attribute

 If I select a Type Qualifier (such as mutable) and close and re-open
 the attribute dialogue it puts the qualifier in the Type box rather
 than having the Type Qualifier selected.

 If I select visibility Private then close and reopen the attribute dialogue then it doesn't have Private selected.
