Select "Query existing bug reports" and then Product=umbrello at 
http://bugs.kde.org
to get an idea.

The areas that I personally see as most in need but for which I'm not 
finding time are:
* round trip code generation (53382)
* turn Umbrello into a plugin for kdevelop (64241)
* cleanup of the code base (84739, 107347)
but that's just IMHO...
