No, both systems have their advantages. The list runs in that way since
several years and people got used to it. So I don't see the point why to
change it. Next week maybe comes another user who wants it the other way
around...

Umbrello is a KDE tool and will never be portable. So investing a lot of
work here, will not be a good idea.
