Support has recently been added for stereotypes on operations and
attributes, you'll need a recent KDE CVS build for this.  Classes and
packages and the like can have stereotypes.  There are some widgets
such as use case actors which can't although they probably should be
able to (and it wouldn't be difficult to add).
