Yes, I agree, generated code doesn't seem to shows the classes but not
the interfaces it inherits from.

Also, under CPP at least, all the primitives are generated (as classes)
which they shouldn't be, which I thought I'd fixed.

And there's still the problem of changing the code generation language
from within the Generate Code wizard and Settings dialogue.
