this is what happens when finals are done and you don't feel like doing "real" 
work :)

basically, i've added a reflective interface to RefConcreteClass to support 
accessing icons for instances of classes. then i implemented some stuff where 
classes in the Model namespace load icons when the class proxies are created 
(which is some time during parsing). then, i went ahead and used that 
capability in the metamodel tree.
