[Uml-devel] File format change, please update your xmi files by hand!

Good work there, seems like a very sensible solution and I don't think
very many people will get caught in the file format change.

Wee quibble that methods like
short getEncoding(QIODevice & file);
should always be commented in the header file, no matter how well they
are commented in the body of the method.
