Well, I don't like the idea of integrating Umbrello into KDevelop, I think 
it is wrong. Let me explain. A professional software engineering cicle 
looks something like: 
 
Analysis -> Design -> Implementation -> Test -> Quality Management -> 
Documentation 
 
So you need KDevelop for implementation. Umbrello is useful for analysis, 
design and documentation. 
 
Also, Brooks said in his book "The mythical man month", that coding takes 
only about 1/6 of the time. So, KDevelop is just useful for 1/6 of the 
time. If we do it right, we have to integrate KDevelop into Umbrello! But 
I don't know if it really is a good idea. Because on Unix different people 
use different editors like vim, emacs and full featured IDEs like 
KDevelop. 
 
So don't get me wrong. I think we could share a lot of code between 
KDevelop and Umbrello, but if Umbrello develops from a simple drawing tool 
to a full-featured CASE tool, integrating it into KDevelop would be wrong.
