I like to state it again. A name is a name and doesn't need to be
translated. If we accept Umbrello UML Modeller as the name, no part should
be translated. Only if we accept UML Modeller as description or addition,
you have to translate it. To give another example. My name is Sebastian
Stein. If I met an English speaking people, I also say "My name is Sebastian
Stein." I don't say "My name is Sebastian Stone."
So I hope you understood the difference. This doesn't mean that we should
keep Umbrello UML Modeller as the name. We could also say Umbrello is the
app's name and UML Modeller is just the description. In this case you have
to translate UML Modeller to your language.
In the end I don't really have an opinion about it, because I don't mind.
