if you are using RC1 and are not seeing PHP in the supported languages, it 
might be that the code generator is there, but the configuration file from 
umbrello was created when there was not yet support for that language, and 
that's why you dont see it.

try Code (menu) -> Add / Remove languages -> Add

I think you will have PHP there, but it is unselected. just select it and you 
will have it available inmediatly.
