[Uml-devel] wrappers cleanup + cerr -> kdDebug()

Hi,

as long as I don't have direct access to repository I can do only 
little cleanups. Does anyone have got in contact with Paul?
Attached patch a) replaces cerr with kdDebug() b) replaces list 
wrapper classes with typedefs; there's really no need to write another 
class just to get more suitable name. More cleanup patches to come.
