[Uml-devel] Changes in the web site (a proposal)

Hi, the following is a list of changes I think need to be applied to the 
website. 

1- The front page should be divided in three sections: 
        A project's general description section. 
        A latest releases (with links to detailed changes).
        Update the news section. 

2- The features page should have an aditional section of planned features 

3- Update the developer list and remove inactive developers emails but not 
the names.
