[Uml-devel] UML Modeller and KDE 3

The only thing that should affect this is the ./configure file's
references to kio/kfile.  They're easily marked and changed back.
Hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult to get rid of my kludge and fix it
properly.  Having said that I believe KDE 3's printing is much better than
KDE 2's so there may be a case in making it KDE 3 only.
