I completely agree with you, there are very few people working on
UML tools and it's a shame to duplicate efforts... freedom of choice
is a luxury in these situations, better to have just one implementation,
but a working one

Yes, maybe some volounteers are needed for it to become
reality. Please let us know when the program restructuring (with
regards to the QCanvas model) is ready, so that I can jump in
and help the development. In the meantime, good luck with your
exams and good work.
