Conditional tabs

My way of solving it would be to have a checkbox in the first tab asking
whether or not showing that additional tab. If checked, then showed, if
not, masked. Maybe another type of field would be needed for that (the
name of the field would trigger the name of the additional tab e.g.
novel list or whatever fits your needs.

Now, remains to code that, and I'm not in charge :-)
