Conditional tabs

Hmmm ....  There's an idea.  If Tellico could hide empty tabs, I think 
that would help cut down the clutter a lot.  The problem, then, is how 
to 1) Remember that the tab exists and 2) How to add it to records which 
need it.

I don't have any good ideas on that.  Perhaps a tab on the Edit Entry 
screen which lists additional available tabs?

If empty tabs are hidden, then the Edit Entry dialog for a new item 
would have no tabs in it.  Perhaps a way to choose a set of default 
tabs, with any others hidden when empty?  Or maybe make the General tab 
always visible, and put a button on it for adding additional tabs?  I am 
sure there are other and better ideas for this.
