compile failing

I previously compiled v3.2.3 on this laptop, so the depoendancies should
still be met, but I kept running into errors. I figured out that it was
looking for and installed:
libkf5filemetadata-dev, libkf5newstuff-dev, libkf5sane-dev,
libkf5cddb-dev, libbtparse-dev, libcdio-dev, and libiso9660-dev
Even at that, I still can't get it to compile. cmake is not complaining
about anything else missing, but make keeps failing. I am including a
log file that shows the output of both cmake and make. Maybe you could
help me figure out what is still missing?
This is being done under Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, 64-bit. Thanks.

Then they came for the Socialists and the Trade Unionists, but I was
neither, so I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Jews, but I was not a Jew so I did not speak out.
And when they came for me, there was no one left to speak out for me."
