[Tellico-users] [bug] values for yes/no widgets are not tested

Little annoyance:
For yes/no widgets Tellico doesn't test against "true" or "false" value,  
instead it test only if there is an existing value (AFAIK). And when it save 
the record, the value is converted to "true".
A bit disturbing when you import or transform something.
