There was a bug with how Tellico saved references to images that came 
from Google Book search that was fixed in 2.3.6.

Unfortunately, once the bad image name is in the Tellico data, it's not 
easy to correct. The easiest approach would be to remove the bad image 
(editing the entry to clear the image field), and then do an Update from 
Google Books with 2.3.7.

If you really wanted to try to edit the Tellico file to fix the problem, 
I could walk you through that, too.
