Then you'll always be right.
Perhaps..I did attempt to follow RFC
4180
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4180 and double-quotes are optional. I
did notice Tellico is not adding double-quotes when the field value has a
newline, that's certainly a bug. Tellico adds a quote if the value has a
comma or quote in it and if there are double-quotes in the field, they get
repeated. Does it cause problems if the non-numeric fields do not have
quotes?
