[Tellico-users] wrong columns displayed

Yeah, I should check that. I switched to using some builtin functions for 
saving state in a tree view, but it doesn't work real well when the numbers 
of columns is variable. I should try to keep the previous settings intact.

I did add a "Hide All Columns" item at the end of the view menu there 
because I got tired of having to toggle everything to fix it. :)
