[Tellico-users] wrong columns displayed

Hi Robby,

when i opened my collection file (version format 10) with latest tellico -
all the columns where shifted by one - and wrong columns displayed. So
subtitle instead of title, lccn instead of isbn and so on. And the id was
shown by default.

This can be easily fixed by hand, and Tellico will come up just well after,
but it would be nice to keep the user settings intact :)
